Terms & Conditions
All appointments require a 50% Non-refundable Booking Fee within 24 Hours of booking to confirm. This amount will be deducted on the day of the appointment.
Cancellation - Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your appointment, your booking fee can be moved to another date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be retained unless the slot can be filled.
Consultation Forms will be sent in a separate email please have this completed as soon as possible.
