Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment to secure your slot. This amount will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment. I will contact you to arrange payment of the deposit and confirm your booking ASAP.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment – Your booking fee can be transferred to a new date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment – Your booking fee will be retained unless the appointment slot can be filled.

Consultation Forms

A consultation form will be sent to you via email. Please complete and submit it as soon as possible before your appointment.
