Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All appointments must be reviewed and confirmed by me before your booking is secured. Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation message.

A 50% booking fee is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total payment.

The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

If your booking fee isn't received within 24 hours, your appointment may be released to another client.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice: Your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice: Your booking fee will be retained unless I can fill your appointment slot.

No-shows will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

3. Consultation Requirements

Some treatments require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment.

You'll receive this by email - please complete and return it as soon as possible.

Failure to complete required consultation forms may result in your appointment being cancelled or certain treatments being unavailable.

4. Appointment Expectations

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.

You're welcome to bring one guest if needed - I have one spare seat available.

Where possible, please arrange childcare so you can fully relax and enjoy your treatment.

Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your treatment begins.

5. Service Guarantee & Refunds

I take pride in my work and want you to be completely satisfied with your treatment.

If you're unhappy with any aspect of your service, please contact me within 7 days and I'll be happy to fix any issues free of charge.

Refunds are not offered for completed services, but I will always work with you to ensure you're happy with the results.

This guarantee only applies to issues reported within 7 days of your treatment.

6. Health & Safety

Your safety is my priority. I maintain high standards of hygiene and use professional-grade products.

Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your treatment.

I reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if I believe they may cause harm or adverse reactions.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

I only collect information necessary for providing your treatments and maintaining appointment records.

Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

8. General Terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Chakra Nails & Beauty.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, disrespectful, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Prices are subject to change, though you'll always be charged the price agreed at the time of booking.
