Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment to secure your slot. This amount will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment – Your booking fee can be transferred to a new date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment – Your booking fee will be retained unless the appointment slot can be filled.

Consultation Forms

A consultation form will be sent to you via email. Please complete and submit it as soon as possible before your appointment.
